- Manage the editorial pipeline for Skyword clients (Verizon, Capital One, Eye Care Partners, Edwards Lifesciences, etc.)
- Edit content marketing stories for Skyword clients in two bookend stages: the developmental edit (upon receiving a freelance article submission) and proofing (polishing an article for delivery to clients)
- Serve as the principle point of communication with both Skyword business clients and freelance writers, and establish a content production cycle that meets the contracted number of articles each month for each client
- Develop and edit Verizon’s Customer Success Stories, meeting with Verizon-partnered organizations, conducting interviews to learn about Verizon’s business partnership, and provide edits for medium-form and long-form narratives
- Received individual honors at five all-hands monthly meetings for going above and beyond
